Diabetic foot revascularization

After an road traffic accident the leg was totally crushed and bones were broken in pieces with extensive loss of skin and soft tissue . Along with these injuries the blood vessels anterior and posterior tibial arteries were cut with no distal vascularity .He was advised  above knee amputation in another hospital and was referred here.
